We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your hair extensions, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your hair extensions must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and Unused: The hair must not have been worn or used
- Original Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must remain intact
- Original Packaging: Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging
- Receipt Required: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start your return or exchange process, please contact us at Info@Trendyhair.co.nz with your order details and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please use this label to ship your items back to us at the address provided. Return shipping costs are covered by us for eligible returns.

Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items for any damage, signs of wear, or issues. If the items meet our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective hair extensions, please contact us immediately at Info@Trendyhair.co.nz with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation. All packages are sent via NZ Post Overnight Signature Required service, using a standard tracked delivery option at your expense.
- Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically delivered overnight.
- Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Rural deliveries may take up to 3 working days, so please allow extra time if your address is outside standard urban zones.
- Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge (urban areas only). Orders must be placed before 2 PM Friday to qualify.

Keep in mind, our estimated delivery dates are just that – estimates. At Trendy Hair, we aim for punctuality, yet we're upfront in saying we can't be held liable for any unexpected expenses should your delivery take a little longer than predicted.

Swift action is crucial in these instances, as it's significantly easier to resolve any issues with parcels that have been recently shipped as opposed to those delayed for a longer period.

- Please note that any delivery timeframes we provide are estimates only. While we strive to ensure your order arrives promptly, Trendy Hair is not responsible for delays once the parcel is in the hands of NZ Post.
- Contact NZ Post directly with your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.
- You can also reach out to Trendy Hair immediately so we can assist in investigating the issue. It's much easier to locate missing parcels within a few days of dispatch than weeks later.
Responsibility After Dispatch
Although we use NZ Post’s overnight service, occasional delays can happen that are beyond our control. Once the parcel has been handed to NZ Post, delivery is their responsibility. We highly recommend contacting them directly for any issues related to tracking or late arrivals.
