  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation. All packages are sent via NZ Post Overnight Signature Required service, using a standard tracked delivery option at your expense.
  • Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically delivered overnight.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Rural deliveries may take up to 3 working days, so please allow extra time if your address is outside standard urban zones.
  • Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge (urban areas only). Orders must be placed before 2 PM Friday to qualify.

  • You can also reach out to Trendy Hair immediately so we can assist in investigating the issue. It's much easier to locate missing parcels within a few days of dispatch than weeks later.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Although we use NZ Post’s overnight service, occasional delays can happen that are beyond our control. Once the parcel has been handed to NZ Post, delivery is their responsibility. We highly recommend contacting them directly for any issues related to tracking or late arrivals.
