30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your hair extensions, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your hair extensions must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unused: The hair must not have been worn or used
  • Original Tags Attached: All original tags and labels must remain intact
  • Original Packaging: Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging
  • Receipt Required: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start your return or exchange process, please contact us at Info@Trendyhair.co.nz with your order details and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please use this label to ship your items back to us at the address provided. Return shipping costs are covered by us for eligible returns.

Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the items for any damage, signs of wear, or issues. If the items meet our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective hair extensions, please contact us immediately at Info@Trendyhair.co.nz with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Shipping And Delivery

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your refund. We strive to issue refunds promptly; however, depending on your banking institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.

Exchange And Refund
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation. All packages are sent via NZ Post Overnight Signature Required service, using a standard tracked delivery option at your expense.
  • Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically delivered overnight.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Rural deliveries may take up to 3 working days, so please allow extra time if your address is outside standard urban zones.
  • Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge (urban areas only). Orders must be placed before 2 PM Friday to qualify.
