Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your refund. We strive to issue refunds promptly; however, depending on your banking institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your payment confirmation. All packages are sent via NZ Post Overnight Signature Required service, using a standard tracked delivery option at your expense.
- Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically delivered overnight.
- Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Rural deliveries may take up to 3 working days, so please allow extra time if your address is outside standard urban zones.
- Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge (urban areas only). Orders must be placed before 2 PM Friday to qualify.
